It's no secret that IRD Racing and blow through carburetion have been at the fore front of blow through technology for many years now. We build these custom blow thru carburetors for turbo and pro-charged applications, knowing that these two power-adders are very different in the way they make boost.

The IRD Racing shop car set a world record at a 3.93 @ 190 MPH weighing in a 3315! The 1969 Nova runs our stage 2 Rated “R” blow through on alcohol. This makes it one of the most powerful blow through cars in the world pound for pound. Most recently, our shop car went to FuelTech USA and recorded a world record run with an earthshaking 3100 HP to the axle!! This is the most HP recorded on a Big Block Chevy centrifugal supercharged conventional headed motor, making IRD Racing undisputed as a leading blow thru carburetor builder.

These custom carburetors are made with the finest billet pieces to handle extreme boost. We offer different levels of HP capabilities and styles to accommodate specific applications. This carburetor is capable of providing enough fuel to support 4000 FWHP with a single blow thru on alcohol and has been race track tested and proven!!
